PRINTED exists because the gap between a screen and a sheet of paper is where good work goes to die. Files that look perfect on a monitor come out of printers cropped, fuzzy or washed out. We built three tools to close that gap.

The Print Checker reads your PDF the way a printer would: page sizes and consistency, real image resolution at placed size, margins measured from an actual render, embedded fonts, colour spaces, transparency and blank pages. You get a score out of 100 and plain-language fixes, not cryptic prepress jargon.

The Typography Playground is for making new things. Presets get you to a decent page in one click; every control underneath is yours. Because the preview is true scale, what you export is what you pinned to the wall.

The Toolkit is a small shelf of printable sheets we actually use: planners, notes templates, paper stock, an invoice, labels, a storyboard. Download them as often as you like.

Privacy, plainly

Every tool runs entirely in your browser. Documents you check are analysed locally with self-hosted pdf.js and are never uploaded anywhere. There are no accounts, no cookies for tracking and no analytics. What happens in your browser stays in your browser.
